About Our Founder
Chef Michael Garahan is a professional chef with experience in top restaurants and as a home personal chef. He has over 42 years of industry experience, with the last 15 working in homes across the country and has worked in 38 states.
Chef Garahan’s personal mission is to promote the consumption of healthier foods through education, especially for children. His family of websites help increase the consumption of healthier choices foods and reduce obesity.
