Discussion is still happening about how they will incorporate more scratch meals for there students. Everyone agrees there changes cost more money and more labor.

Many find scratch cooking in volume very challenging, this is where Chef Michael Garahan, CEC suggests these meals could come from local chefs funded by a Social Benefit Organization.
