Oscar has had over 12 years in the restaurant business and 7 years as a Private Chef. He has never been more dedicated and passionate about producing high quality, creative and innovative dishes for his customers. Together with his clients and food personalities he tries to identify the emerging tastes, trends, and flavors that will shape your food experience.
He has worked from the west coast to the east coast in restaurants such as Café Central (El paso) to Mediterraneo (Federal Hill Rhode Island). He studied at The Art Institute of Las Vegas to receive a certificate in Culinary Arts. Oscar also has taken the ServeSafe food handler program which covers five key areas

He is located in NYC and has no problem traveling to Miami and the surrounding areas. He prefers to travel for events
of over 30 people.
